A building supervisor once asked me if I knew how to design an operating room. He then told me to show up at 6:00 am the next morning to scrub in for surgery and experience an OR for myself. Best career learning experience of my life.

As a seasoned design and construction expert with 30+ years of experience across every capacity of design, construction, development, ownership, and operations, I am a firm believer that you can’t design something correctly if you don’t experience the space for yourself. This foundational belief guides everything I do as the Senior VP of Design and Construction at NexCore. No matter the client or the project, I work directly with the people who will be using the space to ensure that it’s built to meet their individual needs.

I am passionate about building strong teams and collaborating with key stakeholders to create quality medical office spaces that make healthcare more efficient, more effective, and more accessible. I love team building and problem-solving with a group of people who are passionate about giving healthcare professionals the world-class facilities they need to help patients and families feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Most importantly, I’m also a world-renowned cat juggler who loves to have fun and bring people together.
