NexCore Group Teams with the Medical Center of Aurora in Healthcare Real Estate Ventures

NexCore Group announces two new medical office real estate additions. NexCore completed the acquisition and upgrade of Potomac Medical Plaza, a 76,000 square foot building and land on the south campus of The Medical Center of Aurora (TMCA). NexCore Group also recently completed the development and opening Green Valley Ranch Medical Office Building and Urgent Care Center.
 
Located directly across from the new HCA/TMCA emergency room and a main entrance to the hospitals 140,000 SF private room bed tower, Potomac Medical Plaza is the most convenient medical office space on-campus available to physicians wishing to lease space.

Green Valley Ranch Medical Office Building and Urgent Care Center is seeing a huge influx of patients. “After opening an urgent care clinic four months ago, we continue to see 40 new patients per day, in addition to over 45 existing patients daily, said Dr. Augustine Obinnah of Green Valley Ranch Urgent Care Center. “We are pleased with the rapid growth as well as the payer mix.”
 
The two projects are part of an $80 million TMCA expansion including new buildings, site, and systems upgrades. TMCA is part of HealthONE, the largest healthcare system in Metro Denver.
