NexCore Group has opened its fifth regional office in Orlando. This new office, managed by Todd Varney and Justin Pawlak, will allow the company to provide health systems in the southeast with the benefits and best practices of NexCore’s national healthcare development experience, without sacrificing the knowledge and advantage of local project delivery resources. With a total of five regional offices, NexCore has expanded its presence across the country over the past several years to meet the growing demand for outpatient care facilities and to provide a higher level of service to its clients.
“For over two decades, the trend has been for more and more patient care to occur in the outpatient setting,” says Todd Varney, Executive Managing Director of Development at NexCore. “More than ever, we see health systems across the country preparing for health care reform by expanding their ambulatory care networks and developing outpatient facilities that integrate comprehensive services under one roof – NexCore’s bailiwick. By establishing a regional office, like the one in Orlando, we can more readily connect with local health systems and help them come up with strategies and solutions for the challenges they face.”
Mr. Varney adds that NexCore is a national healthcare real estate developer known for quickly gaining an understanding of the local market, establishing a local presence, and utilizing local contractors and subcontractors in order to achieve the most advantageous pricing for its clients.
Since its founding in 2004, NexCore has grown into a 50-person company that has been recognized repeatedly as one of the Top Healthcare Real Estate Developers in the U.S. by Modern Healthcare magazine. The company is headquartered in Denver, with regional offices in Chicago; Bethesda, Md.; Portland, Ore.; Dallas; and Orlando.
