Jeff Slichta

As COO of Experience Senior Living, I am proud to lead a team of experts who are dedicated to creating cutting-edge senior living experiences that have yet to exist anywhere else. With close to 30 years of industry experience, I am passionate about stretching the boundaries of traditional senior living to deliver extraordinary experiences within communities nationwide. 

I hold a B.A. in Economics from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, and a Master of Public Administration in Health Services from Brigham Young University. My expertise centers primarily on:
 

• Developing effective teams 
• Cultivating cultures of innovation
• Evaluating, creating, and maintaining operational efficiencies

I am motivated by my opportunities to provide the best outcomes for every stakeholder involved in our projects — from strategic investment partners, to seniors living in our communities, and front-line workers providing healthcare support. 

Most importantly, it’s my children and being a father that inspire me most to work hard and succeed.
